Trade Discount Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Trade Discount Card ("the Card") is available exclusively to approved trade customers and businesses at the discretion of Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair.
1.2 Applicants may be required to provide evidence of trade status.
1.3 Approval and issuance of a Card does not guarantee ongoing eligibility.

2. Use of the Card

2.1 The Card entitles the registered holder to receive 50% discounts on the advertised Trade Entry price advertised at each individual fair operated by Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair.
2.2 The Card must be presented at the point of entry to receive the applicable discount.

2.3 The Card can ONLY be used during the advertised TRADE ENTRY Times and CAN NOT be used during general public advertised entry times.
2.4 The Card remains at all times the property of Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair.

3. Suspension and Termination

3.1 Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel any Card at any time

  • Refuse entry

3.2 Reasons may include misuse, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

4. Changes to Discounts and Scheme

4.1 Discount levels, and scheme benefits may change at any time without notice.
4.2 Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Trade Discount Card scheme entirely.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Information provided in connection with the Trade Discount Card application may be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair's Privacy Policy.
5.2 Customer details will only be used for legitimate business purposes.

6. Liability

6.1 Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair accepts no liability for losses arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, or withdrawal of the Card.
6.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

By using the Trade Discount Card, the cardholder agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
