The venue

Epsom Downs is a Grade 1 racecourse on the hills associated with Epsom in Surrey, England which is used for thoroughbred horse racing. The "Downs" referred to in the name are part of the North Downs. 

 

Named after the famous flat-race hosted annually at the course, the Oaks Hall is a great space within Epsom Racecourse, in a ground floor location, allowing easy access for set-up day/s.

What is the Epsom Antiques and Collectors Fair (EACF)?

With more than 60 indoor stands and the potential for more outside (in good weather), EACF is one of the longest established antique fairs in the calendar and has been running since 1992. Originally owned by Continuity Fairs, Tree of Ages took over ownership in August 2023 and look forward to working with everyone involved in order to maintain and develop the event over the coming years.

What choices do I have for a pitch?

We have single and double, space options available and they must all be pre-booked. Hard-standing areas for outdoor stalls available on a first-come first-served basis on the day of the event. The stand is the length of your vehicle and tables/chairs are NOT provided.
